Super Friendly Staff and Great Breakfast

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The very friendly staff made check-in smooth after a long drive, and the breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh omelets and plenty of coffee. I especially loved the refreshing pool, which was perfect for relaxing. However, the charging outlets in the room could use some improvement as they were a bit loose.

Be prepared for occasional disturbances from the nearby railroad, especially if you find yourself in a room facing that direction. The breakfast comes with a price tag—$10.95 for a buffet that’s usually complimentary at other places, which felt a bit steep for what you get. Additionally, the accessible plugs seemed a bit oversized, making it tricky to charge multiple devices simultaneously without unplugging something else.

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend excursion in Temple with best value for money ratio. The brownie dessert was heavenly, and I really appreciated the bartender's friendliness. Make sure to check the pool hours before heading down.

We had a wonderful stay! The Queen room was spacious and comfortable for our family. The kids loved the small pool and we enjoyed the local restaurants nearby. A must-try is the breakfast at the café. the pancakes are delicious! Make sure to explore the area for family activities!
